With nearly 30 years of realtor experience, Becky has facilitated hundreds of successful real estate transactions and helped clients find their dream homes. As the Principal Broker of Paradise Retreats Real Estate, Inc., Becky guides the company with her extensive knowledge of real estate practices and regulatory compliance and has directed the growth of our Long-Term Rental property management division. She stays informed of changes in local real estate regulations and implements policies to ensure compliance with all new rules. Her passion for real estate sales has influenced our Guest Relations Team to be passionate about success and growth in our rental business.

Hospitality is in Becky’s blood. Born in Missoula, Montana, she moved with her family to Ventura, CA at the age of 2 where her parents ran a beachside hotel. She grew up in the industry and it evolved into a lifelong passion. Becky attended Cal State Northridge and graduated with a degree in English Literature. She worked in Real Estate while in college and obtained her realtor’s license in 1993.
